Made from gold acrylic paint and recycled VHS film. 

I moved to Chicago to study art when I was 18, didn't know anyone or the city for that matter.  I felt like some days, Chicago chewed me up and spit me out.  It was tough on me, but made be stronger and braver.  But then there are the great days in Chicago, that change your life forever.  I wanted to portray the tough glamour that Chicago emulates.  I used gold metallic paint and the film from a VHS tape to capture the magical city with an edge.
